About Whitney
Spirituality as a foundation for a fulfilling life.
I’m Whitney Rogers, LMFT, and I specialize in helping clients navigate relationships and modern life from an Attachment-based and holistic perspective.
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and earned clinical hours supporting early bonding through Relational and Psychodynamic therapeutic approaches at Secure Beginnings in Ojai, California. I completed my clinical training at Calm in Santa Barbara, treating children affected by trauma and their families through evidence-based treatment modalities such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
If you’d like to learn more about working with me, you can read more about me and my therapeutic process on my Psychology Today page.
