This is a psychodynamic, attachment-based therapy group focused on:
Understanding your attachment style
Identifying unconscious relationship patterns
Exploring how early experiences shape your current relationships
Recognizing triggers (anxiety, withdrawal, over-functioning)
Practicing new ways of relating—in real time
