Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Supporting connection, meaning, and grounded spirituality through holistic and relational psychotherapy.
Welcome!
I’m Whitney. I help my clients find a greater sense of connection, love, and meaning in relationships and in life.
For so many, modern life poses unique challenges: feelings of isolation and loneliness, lack of confidence and clarity about the meaning or direction of life, and a general sense of not being enough, doing enough, or feeling worthy of the good things in life can become the norm.
I help my clients listen to and connect more deeply with themselves, and also learn essential skills for prioritizing and contributing to loving, fulfilling, and joyful relationships with partners, children, parents, friends, and even at work.
In my practice, I specialize in working with women, parents of young children, those struggling with a life transition or grieving the loss of a loved one. My approach is based on Attachment Theory, which emphasizes the importance of a sense of safety and meeting emotional needs before solving problems, in order to cope more effectively with the ups and downs of human life.
